These terms govern the public website and service-related communications of SIVS, LLC (“SIVS,” “we,” or “us”). Separate written agreements govern contracted services. These terms do not amend those agreements or waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Website use

Use our website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse its content, or misrepresent your identity. Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute legal advice or create a client relationship. Website materials belong to SIVS or their respective owners; access does not grant rights beyond lawful use.

SMS communications

The SIVS service communications program provides informational texts about appointments, service-related notifications, and related follow-up. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Texts are limited to the purposes covered by your consent; agreeing to these general terms does not itself enroll you in SMS. Participation is optional and consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile service provider.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. You may receive one final opt-out confirmation. Further program messages will stop unless you provide new consent. For assistance or communication preferences, contact info@sivs.us or (352) 645-4800. Notify us if your number changes or a message reaches the wrong person.

Message delivery and availability depend on carriers, devices, and other third parties and are not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our communications are not an emergency service. Call 911 in an emergency.

Telephone communications

Telephone communications are subject to applicable consent and contact restrictions. You may contact us about your communication preferences. These terms do not independently establish consent to calls or monitoring.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and communication preferences, including restrictions on mobile information and messaging consent.

Third-party services and availability

Our website and communications may rely on third-party services or contain external links. We do not control third-party websites, networks, or service availability. Access may be interrupted or changed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or other operational reasons.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, our public website and electronic communication channels are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits an express obligation in a separate written service agreement or a protection that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Limitations of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SIVS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, our public website or electronic communication channels. This limitation does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or obligations governed by a separate written service agreement. These terms do not limit statutory privacy or communications rights.

Changes and interpretation

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date, with additional notice where required. Changes do not retroactively create consent or expand the purposes of communications beyond applicable consent. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
